What Problems Can 'dilated Cardiomyopathy' Cause In A Child?

i have a son of one half years old he is suffering from dialeted cadiomyopathy. we got to know about his problem when he was 6 months old he.his medicines are going on (dixin pead,asitrom,envas,furopead)his current ef =20.we have gone through ivig injection 10 months back but no improvement.can i know wat kind of problem he can face in his life style

dilated cardiomyopathy causes congestive heart failure,failure to thrive,exercise intolerance.it is very difficult to treat .it progresses and may be fatal.
