What Relieves The Head Congestion In The Frontal Area And Nasal Sinuses?

I have been having head congestion in my frontal area, and nasal sinuses, my ears have been plugged and running, they also ring at times. I ride the elevators a lot at work and ill sometimes get sealegs from them. I was thinking it was my inner ear fluid, or my allergies. I went to the doctor and he said that I had allergies, but iwasnt sure if that had anything to do with the sea legs feeling i get from the elevators.
