What Relieves The Lower Back Pain Due To A Tethered Spinal Cord?

Im a 23 year old guy in Levittown pa 19055 stuck on suboxone for low back pain from a tethered spinal cord related to spina bifida although I get no relief and its caused HORRIBLE anxiety and depression since ive started. I know methadone worked after being on everything else and it stopped working and came off 560mg oxycodone & 75 mcg fentanyl patch stayed off for 4 months still had debilitating pain and have been stuck on suboxone the past 7 months. I want my life back to be able to work go to school etc.i know methadone works and even went to a methadone clinic but the environment was horrible so I left. Every dr I go to says they dont believe in it. Im running out of hope, never felt as bad as I do from the suboxone and knowing theres something that allows me to live with the lowest amount of pain since it started 9 years ago is killing me inside I feel hopeless. Any advice or help PLEASE I need to be able to work and live my life yet im stuck in horrible pain AND now side effects from a medication my pain dr wont change and my primary dr agrees methadone would majorly help but he wont prescribe it. I am miserable and suffering :(
