i am 16 years old and I'm a female. i have head pain jaw pain teeth pain ear pain amd neck pain. for ths last couple of days the pain has been at it's highest. it feels like my face is being sat on my an elephant and bring squished together at the temple and theres tingling in my teeth. i have a strong feeling that its tmj but i dont know how i could possibly relieve the pain
