i have herniated disks in my back which cause me bad back pain and has for a few months ... I also have a herniated disk in neck pressing on my spinal cord I have gotten about 10 hours of sleep the past week and when I just woke up I couldn't move my hand the neck pain is non exsistent but my hands keep falling asleep and now my legs are starting to tingle it has gotten worse week bye week
