What Should I Do For The Child Having Fever And Complaining Of Being Very Tired?
My 3 year old has a fever which reads different in each ear. 101.7 in one and 103 in the other. She has had a fever for approx 24 hours now. Not eating very much at all but still very thirsty and still responsive and is still making sense when she talks. She is just complaining of being very tired, what should I do?

Her fever needs to be cared by paracetamol syrup at least for 4 hourly along with tepid water sponging.
Plenty of fluids.
Tiredness is because of fever, please maintain her nutrition and hydration.
If fever do not respond in day or two then she should be investigated.

Thanks for your query.
I suggest you give acetaminophen if fever is above 100F.
Give plenty of fluids and give bland diet.
Make him to take rest.
In case fever persist after 48 hours get him examined by pediatrician.
