Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic

Greetings of the day

Nevus are more prone to malignant changes. Not all Nevus progress to malignancy. The risk of malignancy occurs at puberty. So don't worry.
Scratching has to be prevented as it will cause bleeding. Local application of liquid paraffin will be helpful.

Take care
