i want to reduce my weight to 65 kg,now i m 85.I m a house wife.My work starts at 8.oo am and ends at 11pm.In between my works i m losing my energy.SO,PLEASE HELP ME.

But there is Golden Rule may help u :
Try to have ur breakfast before going to work (around 7 am), then Have some snacks while working starting from 11 am & every 2 hours (u may have one fruit, green salad, yogurt), Go for Lunch break eating healthy food not Junk

it is very good that you want to lose weight. with long working hours it is not possible to make time for the gym or do some exercise. however you can really keep a check on your diet which will go a long way in helping you lose weight. also if you feel tired n weak then get a complete haemogram blood test, thyroid profile. this will basically tell you the cause of you feeling tired and you can take treatment if needed. you can consult a dietician who can plan out a diet for you as per your body's constitution, just remember whatever you do should be slowly so that the body does not suffer.
