What Should The Readings For Heart Patients Be While Exercising?

Patient could exercise for 06 minutes and 36 seconds of the Bruce Protocol and achieved a workload of 7.30mets. She attained a peak heart rate of 169beats/minute which is 114% of the predicted maximum. The exercise was terminated owing to attainment of THR. There was no classical angina. Clinically the blood pressure response was normal (BP 180/80 mmHg.) and there was no S3 and S4 gallop in the recovery period. In the pre exercise there was no significant ST segment change. At peak exercise there was 1.5mm ST segment changes in leads 2,3aVF . Changes reversed within a minute.

Your symptoms are suggestive of ischemic changes in the heart.I advise you to get an ECG,2 D Echo,lipid profile,hsCRP immediately to confirm the diagnosis.Drugs like clopilet,ecosprin,atorvas will be helpful.Coronary angiogram with or without stenting will be the procedure of choice.
