What To Do For Neck Pain, Stiffness And Blurry Vision?
Hi i am a technician for at$t.I have been putting in interface phone jacks for an apt.complex since dec. 2010 useing a screwdriver over and over in repeditive motion in a sitting position until march 2011.I started having shoulder-neck pain in my right shoulder feels like a pinched nerve.I have been seeing a local chiropractor for adjustments and my primary physician sent me to a neck orthepedic said everything looks ok in my neck now he is referring me to a shoulder orthepedic and a neurologist.The problem started with numbness of the hands and stiff neck first now i am having blurry vision and my company wants me to go on short could term disability.Could stiff neck and or pinched nerve in my neck-shoulder be affecting my optic nerve.

First requirement is to correct your posture. use a neck color when at work give worm phomantation on your neck. neurological symptoms will improve. Get your eye examined, refraction, fundus examination. if refractive error detected should be corrected.it will not effect your optic nerve.

I would suggest visit any ophthalmologist to get a basic vision testing done and a retinal examination , rule out any sort of refractive error first . Your symptoms suggests of cervical spondylitis. Suggest you to get a 2nd opinion from an orthopaedic. Its unlikely both your symptoms are related.Check your diabetic status too.
