What To Do For Sharp Pain In Middle Of Bottom Part Of Foot?
I have a sharp pain in the middle of the bottom part of my foot that I can feel on the top of my foot as well (both feet actually) I am not sure what the cause is. However, I do have flat feet. I was wondering if there was something else I should be aware of and what the best shoes for me would be. I wear a 9 1/2 wide in women's. The New Balance that I had prior did not work out because they rubbed against my heel and hurt my foot right below the pinky toe and the one right next to it. Reeboks didn't work either.
I will advise a insole arch support in your shoes to maintain foot arches. It is advisable to wear low heel shoe to maintain centre of gravity of whole body.
You may need x ray heel to see bony overgrowth. Start plantar exercises consulting physiotherapist.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.
Take care
