What To Do For The Difficulty In Swallowing Due To Medicine?

I am a patient diagnosed of H. pylori over 6 months back, i had taken the antibiotics prescribed by the doc for H. pylori. I still continue having problems having difficulty in swallowing and a pressure in the lower check and upper stomach. i have back pains also back neck pains. Due to the swallowing difficulty at the throat, i sometime have breathing problem. I had undergone barium swallow test also and there was no findings in the report. What should i do next ?

Well come to HCM
You have taken treatment for the H. Pylori infection and that must have eradicate the infection, but still you would be in need of treatment to control the GERD, (Gastroesophageal reflux disease ) and this would need PPI (proton pump inhibitor ) for six week, and the drug of choice would be "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg at evening time, avoid coffee, smoking, alcohol prior to bed, eat more alkali diet, every thing would be fine soon, take care and have a nice day.
