Hello,

You said that you had a fall, what was the mechanism of Injury and where did you had the Impact on the body? What is your age?

Take tablet HIFENAC-MR twice daily for 3 to 5 days. You may further evaluation based upon the Impact injury on the body. Suggested Scan is USG (Ultrasonography) Whole Abdomen.

What about any injury to head region?

It is better that you report to an ER (Emergency Room) physician as early as possible, so that at least he will assess where all in the body you are injured.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
