What To Do For The Numbness In The Ear Due To A Fall?

Hi...i fell on Thursday and hit my head on the left side. There was a big bump/swelling but there was no bleeding or open wounds. Instantly my ear started ringing and it felt like there was fullness in my left ear but no hearing loss. The pain has gone away but the numbness is still there and there is still pressure in my left ear. Please tell me what has happened to me.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Consult an ENT surgeon. He will do examination under microscopy and pure tone Audiometry and Impedance audiogram. You may need a CT scan temporal bone.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajat Basak
