What To Do For The Severe Back Pain Due To A Hit?

i hurt my back on wednesday, been painful but i have managed to go to work. I got up this morning in so much pain i cant walk properly. I've taken pain killers but i am worried even about getting from this sofa to the bathroom. Worst it's ever been. What can i do?

As you hit on your back and having severe back pain that might be due to hematoma on your back.
But you should do x ray lumbar spine to rule out any crack/fracture. Consult your orthopedic for this problem.
Meanwhile you can take pain killer or pain reileve spray for some relief.
