Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
The symptoms are classical of allergy reaction to some of the ingridents used in food.
Whenever there is a allergy, the mucosa having the histamine celle will release the mediators which will leads to edema of the mucosa and produces the symptoms.
I would suggest you to avoid these allergen. You can confirm the agent causing these symptoms by undergoing patch test or skin prick test.
For immediate relieve of symptoms you can take oral antihistamines or mast cell stabilizers.
Thank You.
