What To Use Naturally Except A Condom To Avoid Pregnancy?
Hey my name I angela I,ve recently started bieng sexually active and I,m trying not to use the pill and the injetion contraceptives as they make people fat and have an effect on fertility at a later stage I would like to know what to use naturally exept a condom
Other natural methods to prevent pregnancy are 1. rhythm method: the fertile days are from day 10-20 in women with regular cycles of 28-30 days. So avoid sex during this period. 2. withdrawl method: the male partner withdraws the penis just before ejaculation and ejaculates outside. 3. cervical mucus check: when the cervical mucus is thin and watery do not have sex.
Having said all this, none of these methods are very effective in preventing pregnancy. Condoms are the best in young women as they not only protect against pregnancy but also against sexually transmitted diseases.
