If you have the perforation due to infection , you should first get treated for the infection and wait if it can heal.As it has taken long time in you , you probably need surgical approach.I advise you to visit your ENT specialist and discuss about the surgical options he could offer you.Grafting is useful in many chronic perforation cases.
