Hi Madhu
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
Cervical due to trauma is difficult to be treated completely. You should be very careful in your everyday life. There should be lifestyle modifications done.Avoid travelling for long hours. Please wear neck collar during travel , when you have pain and never during sleep. Please visit a Physiotherapist and get the appropriate exercises .
To reduce your pain you can try Aceclofenac or Tramazac under your Doctor`s advice. You should get an MRI and see if there is any nerve compression .In such case surgical approach may be needed.

Take care
