What Treatment Do You Suggest For Tightness In Chest Due To Lymph Fluids ?

i had a double mastectomy on 12/20 and had tissue expanders after breast tissue removal. I had 4 drains, two which were removed after 10 days. The last two were removed this past Friday. I have had some leakage and today I look like I have had a breast fill which I have not. Is the normal? It is a bit uncomfortable and my chest feels really tight. I know my body is supposed to be reabsorbing the lymph fluid so will this pass? Should I be concerned?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Yes this is a stage that you will have to go through. Don't worry about it, this is only temporary and will surely pass. Wishing you lots of luck with your recovery.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
