General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
May be you are suffering from Homocystinuria, you should be getting yourself examined by a Physician. It runs in families and it is a Genetically Inherited Disorder. You may require high doses of Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine).
A normal dose of folic acid supplement and added cysteine (an amino acid) in the diet is also helpful.
Kindly see your Doctor at the earliest as you need immediate medical attention.

Wish you Good Health and Take Care.
