My son has a medium sized bump in the middle of his 0enis under his skin .he is three years old and not circumcized.

Hi,thanks for query.It is difficult to give any comment in such case without examination.At times some fat or fluid collection gives rise to this type of swelling.If it really bothers please talk to your family doctor.If it is on the tip then it could be a collection smegma ,this is a thing like liquid which collects under the foreskin and you need to clean it.bye.
