What Treatment To Be Taken For The Gasping Of Breath?

I have afib and have been experiencing gasping of breath often. I am very obese and only 5ft tall and weigh 225 lb. I have a large umbilical hernia the size of a watermelon which has been operated on 3x in the past. I have had a stress test that was normal and an echo that showed some vascular blockages(medium). It seems like the hernia is pressing on the diaprham. Should I call a doctor.

You should have the watch of the cholesterol , and get it under control by medication.
Keep the weight under control by by cutting the calories, sweets, and fatty foods.
Practice morning walk, yoga, exercises, and keep on working some thing, like doing any work in front.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed and and early to rise.
