i slipped and fell about a 2yrs ago i hit my tailbone and twisted my left leg in an abnormal way i still have moderate pain in my tailbone when i apply presure such as sitting or havinga bowel movement. also i have pain from my knee to my ankle is it normal ? and how can i fix my discomfert?
You may be suffering from coccydynia often improves over a few weeks or months. Avoid prolonged sitting whenever possible – try to stand up and walk around regularly, leaning forward while seated may also help.
Wear loose-fitting clothes – avoid clothing such as tight jeans or trousers that may put pressure on your tailbone. Get it done physiotherapy and NSAIDS.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
