What Type Of Diet Should Be Followed To Reduce Uric Acid And Cholesterol Levels?

Hi, what is the best food you can eat to lower your Uric Acid and Cholesterol and with Lower grade HPV and HSV 1 & 11?
I was searching in the web trying to find the best suitable food for the 4 health problems I have recently diagnose.
I notice one food is healthy to the other problem and not the rest. Can you please tell me what is the best I should do? thanks so much
