What Would Cause Burning Sensation In Head?

I started having a burning sensation in my head a month ago first the Dr said migraines then they continued a MRI was done shows small blood vessel disease I am 48 it stated that it was either that which is related to HTN or MS yet the neurologist has done nothing my primary put me on BP medications shouldnt something else be done what can I do to prevent it from getting worse

Ok your MRI was doe what was saying that could you tell me and yes for migraine they usually give medication
Ok your pain is limited only on heasd or do you experience pain in neck if yes then go for MRI cervical because lessons of Ms show mostly on spinal cord that will be patchy ok
