Whats The Cause And Cure For Hard Bumps On The Lining Of The Lips?

I have bumps on the lining of my lips. Some say they are pimpls but they are really hard an they don't feel like pimples. They are all over the lining of my lips, it's really embarrassing and I want to know what they are so I can get them treated. Thank you.

They appears to be acne vulgaris.
Derma-abration or laser therapy may be tried to remove these scars .
Consult the dermatologist/cosmatlogist for exact evaluation and management.
