When Massaging Should I Be Concerned About The Cephalic Vein?
I am a Massage Therapist of 10 years and frequently do deep (broad) strokes from the sternum, over the pecs and anterior deltoid muscles, continuing down the biceps to get a nice long stretch of these muscles. Should I be concerned about passing over the Cephalic Vein when I do this? Thank You...
Massaging is good for boby.It increases the tone and strength of muscles.Correct way for massaging for cephalic vein is from downwards to upwards. This drains blood from the periphery to the heart.
