When The Surgery Is Required For Phimosis?

Sir, when the surgery required for phimosis? I'm scared because I have a doubt whether I have phimosis...because, i feel bit tight when my penis is fully erect. I can move the skin upto the level of head of the penis, but i feel little tight which may cause uncomfortness in the intercourse after my marriage.
I heard a surgery is required, is the laser surgery available for this in Bangalore, if so what would be the cost.
Please help me to understand.
My age - 31 years - Un married - 6 feet height - 86 kgs weight

Yes , from the history you have provided you need to undergo circumcision, this can be done under local anesthesia or general anesthesia. The choice is as per the Surgeon who is going to operate you.
