If the recipient is a Female of child bearing age, Rh Positive blood of all groups is not suitable and should never be given.
For such person with B Group, Negative B and Negative O blood can be transfused.
For such person with O Group, Negative O blood can only be transfused.
Otherwise the general rule is Blood Group O is universal donor, so for B Group B and O Group both positive and negative can be transfused though Negative is preferred whereas for O Group both positive and negative O blood can be transfused, though preferable is negative.
