Which Coupon To Claim For Enoxaparin Sodium Injection?

I am looking for a coupon for enoxaparin sodium injection 120 mg/0.8 10 injections. I don't know which coupon to claim. Do I claim 1)heparin sodium 2)heparin sodium in 5% dextrose 3)heparin sodium NS in .45% nacl OR 4)heparin sodium in .9% nacl. Thanks for any help you can provide.
