Which Doctor Should I Consult For Having One Hip Higher Than The Other And Lower Back Pain?

I have one hip higher than the other. It must be off quite a bit because lately my pants get twisted around the middle when I walk. First I thought it was the pants but I ve discovered all my pants are doing this. Should I start with a chiropractor or a physical therapist or my family doctor. I also have pain in my left heel and the lower right side of my back.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It can't be decided depending upon th epants, i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon or diagnosis.
It could be congenital or may be secondary to the poliomyelitis, if there is history. Or it may be recent origin due to the arthritis, may be rheumatiod arthritis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to have a good health.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
