Which Exercises Will Help Grade 2 Spondylolisthesis?

i am 45,165cm,55kg,from bangladesh.have spondylolisthesis grade2 l5 vertebra over s1 with pars inter articularis defect. walking 20munites or sitting 30munites cause pain.no leg pain.disc space reduced between l5- s1 level. it was grade1 october 2010.did not follow rules.what exercise is good for me.swimming ok? please help me.

Dear I can understand your concern for your grade 2 spondylolisthesis .
Exercise is very important to improve strength and increase flexibility ,
physical functioning, vitality, and mental health, and in reducing pain and leg numbness .
There are many postures in yoga to help to improves the supply of nutrients to spinal discs,and strengthening the bones and muscles thereby delaying the process of deterioration that comes with age and eventually affects everybody. Safe exercises include walking, swimming and bicycling. The latter should be done keeping the back upright. Front bending is to be shunned strictly .

1.makkarasan - Lie on your back with both knees bent and your feet flat. Keeping your knees together roll them to the left as far as is comfortable and then back as far as you can to the right. Return to the start position in one smooth movement.
2. markatassan - Lie on your back , spread arms like wings , near shoulders .Take deep breath Raise right leg at 90 degree feet facing sky .Bring down your leg near your left hand without bending knee turn your body from head to waist to right side . Stretch as much as you can .Hold and bring back your leg back to near the other leg . Relax and repeat the same act with left leg .
3. Gomukhassan - fold your right leg , place your heel under hips , fold left leg and keep left knee on right knee . Take left hand towards your back from above the shoulder , arm touching your ear . Right hand at the back ,
from beneath the right shoulder.Try to hold fingers of both hands together.
Repeat the same with other leg also .

Don't forget to consult atrained guide before starting a working out regime
Besides the above Pranayam deep breathing ,Kapalbhatti , Bharamarri meditation . Diet including of all essential nutrients vitamins D,C ,minerals ,antioxidants in natural form and sufficient hyderation , sound sleep .

Turmeric powder in a cup of hot milk , ginger ,garlic bitter gourd help eleminate Gas from body Aloe vera juice and jelley for aplying help to alley pains and give long lasting relief .
