Which Face Wash Should Be Used While Suffering From Acne?
i m suffering from acne from a few months,especially on my forehead and has been applying ap gel and clear gel but there is no improvement..so nw m using betnovet n,is it helpful,what soap/facewash should i use,its giving me lot of tension,kindly help

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are suffering from acne . Basically root cause of acne is sebaceous gland under the hair follicle , when sebum get accumulated in clogged duct of sebaceous gland along with dead skin and bacteria they produce acne and other reasons are oily skin , hormonal changes and excessive sun exposure . Betnovet contain steroid and can be use only on prescription of expert due to long term side effects of steroids I would suggest you to Wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your face. Apply clindamycin gel as well. Apply vitamin E oil at night. You can go for home remedy as well. apply mashed potatoes on these pigments. Don't pick or touch acne.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables ,also drink plenty of water. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe ointments containing benzyol peroxide,azelaic acid or retinoids. Sometimes doctor may also prescribe antibiotics.
