Which Fat Burners Should Be Taken Along With Celexa And Wellbutrin?

Hello.
I am currently on 40 mg of celexa daily and also Wellbutrin. I need to lose weight and need to know which fat burners are safe to take with my medication.

Fat burners? Fat blockers? Please tell me the ingredients I can and cannot take in fat burners so I could choose well.

Thank you

It is my sincere advice to you to not take fat burners/ diet pills for reducing weight. Not only have they proven to be ineffective , they also come with a host of problems such a fat malabsorption and nutrient deficiencies.
I would advise you to consult your health care provider and a dietitian who could chart an appropriate diet and exercise plan for you.
A few general guidelines which i give all my patients:
1) cut down on your salt intake
2) reduce the amount of oil used in cooking
3) avoid fried and processed food and sugary beverages
4) Include lots of fresh fruits and green vegetables in your diet.
5) Drink lots of water and Aoid alcohol
6) Get atleast 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 4-5 days a week
All the best...
