Which Is The Best Treatment For Involuntary Drooping Of Both Eyelids There By Closing My Vision Even In Awakened Condition?

I am male person, aged 65 years presently suffering from involuntary dropping of both eyelids thereby closing my vision even in awakened condition. My MRI of brain reveals a small Gliotic area in left fronto-temporal region. It may be mentioned that before the starting of eyelids dropping, I fell on the road from a rickshaw and my head hit the road heavily. Please diagnosis my case and advice treatment

It seems from the history that you are having drooping of the eyelids.
This condition is called as ptosis.
This requires evaluation to findout the underlying cause by a eye doctor.

The main treatment for ptosis is by surgery and the type of surgery depends on the type and severity of ptosis.

Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
