Hi, I have a heavy cough problem and itching in my throat .Which medicine should i use? zenocin or levofloxacin? i smoke sometimes, does it change my prescription?

Both Zanocin and levofloxacin are fluroquinolone antibiotics, effective against mainly against Gram negative organisms. Respiratory tract infection is usually caused by Gram positive organisms, so neither of them would really be effective.
