hi doctor im using mela care ,I’m so darker 23 years older girl. my face look so fair after the use of mela care crème but now it look so reddish and too dry also have pain..While I’m tries to stop that face become dark ...kindly suggest a solution for this and also I want to know any alternative option is there for permanent fair skin?
Melacare cream contains Mometasone, tretinoin and hydroquinone. Its main use is in treatment of Melasma.
It should not be used for fainess.
Though it might improve your complexion initially but in a longer run if you continue using it will cause acne, photosensitivity, sensitive skin, facial hair etc
I would advice that you visit a dermatologist for a proper discussion regarding your concern. Your dermatologist might ask you to apply another cream like the one containing kojic acid or glycolic acid since they are safer even if used over a longer peroid
You can use a broad spectrum sunscreen daily throughout the day. It will prevent tanning of skin that normally occurs due to sun exposure.
take care regards
