Areeey...... Jogging is much more important than not jogging at all whether you do it on treadmill or jogging track. In fact I feel jogging on treadmill will be more beneficial as the regularity is there. You know how much you worked out and how many calories you burnt. In rainy and winter season you tend to skip jogging if doing it parks there by the regularity is lost. So keep going dude... You keep healthy and make others start with you.
