One of my friends (male 27 years old )diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis nearly 11 years and 4 years after that the disease became Pyoderma gangrenosum and his left foot was ulcer for almost one year until it got better and currently he has some ulcer in his body as doctor called it Pyoderma gangrenosum The doctor believe that they should remove his large intestine his prescription is 1- 8 per day Asacol 400mg 2- 8 per dayPerednisolone 5mg 3- 50ml enema enema Asacol everyday 4- one per day Mercaptopurine 6 5- Three per day Metronidazole 250 mg Now he is wondering if there is any other treatment this disease without removing the large intestine Is there any especial diet that can help

it need to take combine treatment from both dermatologist and surgeon
skin doctor will tell u about the P.G.and some medicine are there and dressing
that can avoid intestinal removal
in diet u need to avoid heavy food and oily food
drink more water
take high fiber diet
