Which Treatment Should Be Given For Tinnitus?

I went to the ER for a ear problem I m having, Was diagnos with Tinnitus/ or something with m- disease or. ?oma My proble is I need to find a doctor that cand take my type of insurance, I have for my primary (Medicare - A and Champ VA as my secondary). I live in Dallas tx 0000 area

I have gone through your query regarding tinnitus, you want to know about it's cause and treatment.

I would like to say that tinnitus is symptom of long variety of ear diseases some of them are curable while few are not curable. Basic pathology behind this is-

a- Compromised blood flow to inner ear.

b- Degenerative changes in inner ear.

c- Acoustic neuroma.

This all may be rule out by a thorough examination and necessary investigations, treatment is finally based on the diagnosis. Till your diagnosis is not finalized you may take -

1- Caroverine .

2- Ginkobilova.

3- Methicobalamin.
