White Bump On Bottom Of Foot, Tenderness, Painful
Tiny white bump on the bottom of my foot on the tender spot under my toes. Looks to be under the skin, doesn t appear to be raised but I CAN feel that it is a bump when touching it. VERY PAINFUL! I stuck a safety pin directly into the white spot and a very small amount of pus came out. It is now so painful that I cannot walk on it. This is not seedy or caulliflower like a plantars wart . I have no idea what it is. Please help! It s REALLY painful!

From your description it seems that you have an infected gland in your foot. It can be due a foreign body also. It needs a good local examination to find out the cause and systemic broad spectrum antibiotics for treatment. Please do consult your physician for the same.
