White Discharge After Having Sex, No Odour. Have 15 Weeek Size Hard Uterus, Heavy Periods. Need Hysterectomy. Infection?

I've noticed a white discharge after sex. It last a few days and has no odor. Same partner for 12 years. Doesn't really smell like semen. I also have a 15week size uterus that is hard. I need a hystrorectomy but can't afford it yet. Sometimes sex hurts. I have very heavy periods. Don't know if anything is related. Discharge may be normal. Just worried about an infection.

Hello
Thanks for your query.
A 15 weeks hard uterus DEFINITELY warrants an evaluation.
IT could be adenomyosis or a huge fibroid.
THe white discharge could be related to the uterine pathology more likely - for eg, a degenerating fibroid or cervical lesion etc.
If it was an infection, there would be associated itching and odour.
Please consult a gynecologist, and do not ignore the uterine mass.
All the best.
