White Hard Substance Coming Out Of From Wound
I had arm surgery for a broken bone . A metal plate was inserted to keep it together. It got infected and some hard white rock-like pieces are coming out with the pus. What is it?

Rock like pieces are a part of your bones. If the wound is infected the doctor has to see it, and may be open it to remove the pus, bone-particles. Medication (antibiotics) are also required.
