White Stuff In Throat, Sinus Drainage, Swollen Tongue, Choking Sensation. Negative Strep Tests. Reason?

I just got a strep test and it came back negative. They want to re-check me. I can see white stuff in my throat, but I have sinus drainage and stuff too. The back of my tongue is swollen. I'm 16 years old. My felt a choking sensation before this happened. My arm has been super sore. There's red blood veins in the back of my throat. What do you think it is?

Hi, the white stuff in the throat is called the follicular tonsilitis, and it appears that you have sinusitis, and pharyngitis, which may have veins .
The strep test may be negative but there are many bacteria which can cause the infection.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe erythrocin, decongestant, and anti inflamatory for relief. Thank you.
