Why Am I Having Pain Just Below The Rib Cage Of The Right Side?

Hi I am a 26 yoear old female I am fairly healthy never have had any problems but for the past 3 days I have had moderate pain on my right side right below my rib cage and also pain right by my right shoulder blade and I have had nausea head ache and dizzieness no fever though

Thanks for your query and a good clinical history.
This is suggestive of a gall bladder infection or a stone.
Other possible reason can be related to the stomach, duodenum liver or pancreas.

The best and the simplest way to get a proper diagnosis is ultrasonography of the abdomen. This will confirm the diagnosis and you can further plan the management according to the findings, which may be surgical.
