Why Am I Coughing Up Bloody Phlegm?
I had elective surgery on Thursday, a tummy tuck and liposuction to the back. I am now coughing up dark to red bloody phlegm. It is not significant but, I feel like I have some rattling in my chest. My fever is 99.5. Should I call my doctor now or wait until they open?

You should call your Doctor , get examined physically by the ENT to have a direct visualization of the Nose and throat to rule out any local pathology like pharyngitis wherein small blood vessels leak. .
You may need an X-ray chest.
This is on a safer side .
