My pharmacy, OptumRX, has recently changed the manufacturer of Zolpidem, fromTorrent to Northstar. Consequently, I m only getting about 3 hours of sleep instead of the usual seven hours. Even though is still supposed to be 10MG. I am not a happy camper...Please help me.....
hiiii if u dont have proper sleep with 10 mg of zolpidame than there are two ways 1st increase dose upto 15 mg 2nd change the molecule to long acting clonazepam .5 mg and u can increase up to 2 mg
try to find out other psychopathology if any if any than treatment of it also necessary thank u avoid daytime sleep avoid alcohol avoid tea coffee soft drink smoking before sleep fix sleep schedule no shift work proper exercise that make u fatigue will help thank u
