Hello. I am 30 years of age. These past 6 months I feel very weak. I used to go to the gym regularly, but I stopped going as I have no energy. I work on a day, night, rest, off basis. When I walk I don t have the energy to lift my feet properly. I tried Ginseng but they seem to have no effect. I also tried to increase my sugar and salt intake, but they seem to make no different, so I stopped taking them as well. Any suggestions?
