Why Am I Getting Stomach Aches Followed By Diarrhea?

I recently quit smoking marijuana. I smoked it heavily everyday. I haven't smoked it in a week. However, everyday since I quit I've been getting cramps and stomach aches followed by diarrhea. And it occurs around the same time every day, around noon. Could me quitting marijuana be causing this?
